- Personal & Contact Information: When you register or sign in (via Google Sign-In or phone authentication), we may collect your name, email address, and mobile phone number.
- Dairy Ledger & Business Records: Morning and evening milk entries, milk volume (in Liters), Fat percentage (Fat %), SNF percentage (SNF %), price per liter, credit/debit balances, payment records, customer advance payments, and generated monthly invoices.
- Customer Management Data: Customer names, customer contact phone numbers, delivery addresses, customer rate lists, and leave/absent requests.
- Device & Diagnostic Logs: Non-identifiable technical data including device model, operating system version, crash reports, and network connectivity state for performance optimization and debugging purposes.

How We Use Your Information
The information we collect is utilized strictly to provide and enhance our core dairy ledger services:
- To create, manage, and synchronize your seller or customer ledger account.
- To calculate daily milk earnings, customer balances, and generate PDF billing summaries.
- To enable real-time synchronization between dairy sellers and their customers.
- To support offline capability through local storage and automatically sync changes once an internet connection is established.
- To deliver push notifications, service announcements, and complaint resolution updates.
🔒 Zero Data Selling Policy: We never sell, rent, commercialize, or trade your personal or business ledger information to third-party advertisers or marketing agencies.

Third-Party Service Providers
Our app and web portal utilize secure cloud services provided by Google Firebase to ensure data safety, reliable authentication, and real-time syncing:
- Google Firebase Authentication: To provide secure Google Sign-In and account authentication.
- Google Firebase Realtime Database: To securely store encrypted dairy records and provide real-time multi-device synchronization.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): To send transactional push notifications and ledger alerts.

Data Security & Offline Storage
We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures to safeguard your information:
- All network communications between the app and cloud servers are encrypted using modern Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS).
- Firebase security rules enforce strict authentication and database isolation to ensure only authorized account holders can access their respective dairy ledgers.
- Local browser and device storage (IndexedDB / LocalStorage) are used for instant offline record access without exposing data outside the application sandbox.

Your Rights & Complete Data Deletion
You have full ownership and control over your personal information and ledger history:
- Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your entire account, profile, and all associated ledger records at any time directly within the app sidebar by tapping "Delete Account / खाता हटाएँ".
- Immediate Purge: When you delete your account, all customer ledgers, daily milk entries, payment transactions, and database keys associated with your account are immediately and permanently wiped from both local device storage and our cloud database.

Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for dairy business owners, milk suppliers, and consumers. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will promptly delete such information.
